What we collect
This site has no forms, no scripts, no cookies and no analytics. The account pages are previews: they don’t sign you in, take payments or store anything yet.
Where it goes
We use a service provider, Cloudflare, which hosts this site and handles the technical details every website receives, such as your IP address, to serve pages. Cloudflare may store or process this information outside Canada, including in the United States.
When MCV accounts launch, sign-in will also involve [PLACEHOLDER: Google sign-in: what Google receives and where], [PLACEHOLDER: X sign-in: what X receives and where] and [PLACEHOLDER: service that sends email codes or links, and where].
When MCV accounts launch Draft, pending counsel review
MCV accounts aren’t live yet. When they launch, this is how they will work.
You’ll sign in to MCV with Google, X, or an email code or link. There are no passwords.
If you’re under [PLACEHOLDER: age threshold, counsel], we can’t create an account. We keep only a “blocked” flag, never your date of birth.
Marketing email is a separate opt-in, never part of sign-up.
From your account you’ll be able to turn off single sign-on, sign out everywhere, export your data and delete your account. Export and deletion across every MCV property: [PLACEHOLDER: timing to confirm].
Order records will be kept for tax purposes, even after you delete your account, for [PLACEHOLDER: retention years, 7 to confirm] years.
Who we are
